De Seroux steps up as country manager for Martin Bencher in France
Pierre De Seroux has replaced Floris Schorsch as Martin Bencher France’s country manager.
The transition already started five months ago, and Floris says about the process and his handing over to Pierre: “He has a nice challenge to keep the activity growth of the French office. I am proud of Pierre who is extremely motivated by this new opportunity.”
Replacing Pierre’s former position, Charline Meert was appointed Operations Manager as of January 1st. Charline joined Martin Bencher in 2017 and has been coordinating the operations for projects and standard shipments. Well done Charline with the new assignment!
Furthermore, on January 1st, Eric Cassandri was appointed Senior Project Manager. Eric has been in charge of projects shipments since 2013. He has fixed many vessels and deals with our biggest customers.
Last but not least, we also welcome Anne Lejzerzon as Senior Accountant on April 4th.
“I wish good luck and all the best to Pierre, Charline, Eric, and Anne for their new assignments,” says Floris, and continues: “I will remain a shareholder of Martin Bencher France, working closely with Pierre to assist him in his new mission. On April 1st, I will launch my shipping company called ARMARA and I will soon operate my first vessel in the European coastal waters.”
