JSI Alliance moves project cargo for Project Panther

Vessels operating within the recently established JSI Alliance, comprising Jumbo Maritime, SAL Heavy Lift and Intermarine, have been busy supporting the ongoing Project Panther in Nigeria.

Multipurpose vessels Hanna and Calypso recently performed a double-banking in Onne as part of the project cargo delivery process for the oil and gas fields redevelopment project.

JSI Alliance said that a total of three vessels are engaged currently in the Nigerian project. The Type 116 vessel Calypso is serving as a shuttle vessel to transfer cargo from the ships to the client’s offshore vessels in Warri, Nigeria. Calypso was selected for the job due to her remarkable lifting capabilities and shallow draft.
MV Hanna and MV Trina are involved in transporting cargo from ports in Denmark and the Netherlands to Nigeria.

Such unique projects underscore JSI Alliance’s commitment to providing versatile solutions that meet our clients’ exacting standards, leveraging our diverse fleet to tackle any challenge,’ JSI Alliance said in a brief statement via social media.
