TII honours long-serving personnel
TII SCHEUERLE, the Pfedelbach-headquartered industry expert for heavy-duty transport solutions and a subsidiary of the Heilbronn-based TII Group, has honoured a number of its long-standing employees at the recent company Christmas party.
Last Friday the annual Christmas party took place at Pfedelbach-based TII SCHEUERLE. In addition to the festive atmosphere and company highlights from the past year, the focus was also very much on honouring long-serving employees.
Seven members of staff celebrated their respective anniversary milestones and were recognised for their many years of loyalty and commitment to the company. The awards underline the joint achievements and successes of TII SCHEUERLE and its employees who make a significant contribution to ensuring the company’s success. Mathias Eggs was honoured for his 25 years of service to the company. Likewise, Martin Küpper has been employed at TII SCHEUERLE for the same period of time. Udo Drotleff and Yvonne Tausch, who have been with the company for 30 years, were also recognised. Jürgen Walter received an award for his 35 years of loyal service while Markus Laier and Klaus Weber celebrated their 45th anniversaries at the company.
Associate Partner Susanne Rettenmaier, Managing Director Filippo Baldassari and Human Resources Manager Melanie Huchler thanked those celebrating their long years of loyalty and commitment. “Without the know-how and commitment of our employees, TII SCHEUERLE would not be what it is today. We are very proud of our long-serving employees and would like to thank them for their loyalty,” said Huchler. Those celebrating their anniversary received a present in recognition of their many years of service at the company.
TII SCHEUERLE offers its employees security in an international and interesting working environment, dual training programmes along with a wide range of opportunities for personal and professional development. This leads to ensuring a very low staff turnover so that numerous anniversaries are celebrated at the end of every year.
