Sarens acquires shares from Zanetti Solution
Zanetti Solution has reached an agreement with Sarens according to which Sarens will acquire shares in the 50-year-old Italian company that specialises in innovative and highly customised solutions.
Zanetti Solution has reached an agreement with Sarens according to which Sarens will acquire shares in the 50-year-old Italian company that specialises in innovative and highly customised solutions. Along with Sarens, Effe Holding SRL, owned by Italian entrepreneur Carlo Fagioli, is simultaneously acquiring Zanetti Solution shares. Zanetti solution remains in possession of the majority stake in the organisation.
Zanetti Solution is an Italian company with over 50 years of experience in engineering, testing, industrial weighing, transport, lifting, and alternative lifting systems services, specialising in innovative and highly customised solutions. The company operates in the Oil & Gas, Wind, power, ceramic, naval, and civil sectors.
This transaction aspires to enrich the business activities of all three parties involved, in Italy and beyond. The focus of the partnership will be on supplying clients with technical solutions to their engineering challenges.

Carlo Fagioli, an Italian entrepreneur, together with his brother Giovanni, is at the helm of the Snatt Logistica Spa Group, world leader in logistics services for the handling of goods in the fashion sector, and of SodiMax Group, which deals with project forwarding at an international level, with particular focus on Africa. In his capacity as owner of Effe Holding, he is joining forces with Zanetti Solution and Sarens.
