Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics transports out-of-gauge lifeboats
Parisi Grand Smooth Logistics, PCN members from Hong Kong, are glad to share news of a recent shipment they completed involving out-of-gauge cargo.
The cargo involved two packages and consisted of four lifeboats, each measuring 5.40 (H) x 2.75 (W) x 3.30 (H) meters and weighing in at 2,750 kilograms.
Parisi Grand Smooth covered lashing and cargo security on this shipment, using six cord straps accompanied by turnbuckles to tightly fasten the main body’s left & right parts, as well as placing a wooden bar at the bottom fore and aft to avoid movement during travel.
“One 40′ flat rack container was utilised to transport the out-of-gauge vehicles.”
