BREMEN: September 04, 2019: Trans Global Projects Group (TGP) has appointed Martin Ollmann as managing director for its German entities Trans Global Projects GmbH and Natco GmbH. Ollmann joins Christian Hager in managing the Group’s latest acquisitions in Germany with immediate effect.
With two decades of logistics management experience including senior positions at Deugro and Conceptum, Ollmann now takes oversight of the companies’ commercial activities, business development and project activities.
“Martin features an excellent track record,” says Joerg Roehl, TGP’s CEO Europe. “With extensive experience in sales, business development and management inside the project logistics sector, we are confident Martin brings the right combination of industry know-how and innovative thinking to further grow TGP’s activities within the German market.”
Ollmann’s appointment to the management board in Germany is a continuation of TGP’s efforts to expand its European presence and further align the activities of Natco Germany, acquired in 2018, with the wider group.
“I would like to welcome Martin to our group and look forward to working with him,” added Roehl. “By adding Martin to our management team in Germany, we intend to continue to integrate our German entities within the Group while still ensuring the two companies benefit from their individual strengths and customer bases.”
TGP specialises in international project logistics management as well as ship chartering, logistics consultancy and transport engineering. Last year the company opened offices in China and Turkey and acquired the project logistics specialists Natco Germany and NPT Brasil.
