CEVA connects consumers with Pepsi products thanks to new agreement
CEVA Logistics, a global leader in third-party logistics, is now connecting national consumers with Pepsi products thanks to a new contract agreement with PepsiCo Türkiye.
CEVA Logistics is now managing the full lifecycle of PepsiCo’s cooler equipment located across various points of sale, with a target to refurbish and maintain 20,000 coolers per year across Türkiye.
The scope of the project spans a wide range of operations, from periodic maintenance and malfunction management of field coolers to on-site technical services and the refurbishment of equipment that has reached the end of its operational life.
With this new operational model, CEVA brings its robust logistics infrastructure and specialized expertise in technical services and field operations to PepsiCo’s service. As part of the nationwide operation, dedicated technical teams provide rapid intervention and on-site servicing to ensure the uninterrupted and high-performance operation of the cooler equipment in the field.
Thanks to CEVA’s deep-rooted experience in field management, technical service coordination, reverse logistics, and asset lifecycle management, every stage of the operation is integrated under a single roof. This model safeguards operational continuity while directly contributing to the enhancement of the customer experience.
One of the most critical and strategic components of the project is reintegrating out-of-service equipment back into operation. Cooler equipment that cannot be repaired on-site is transported to CEVA’s refurbishment centers for a comprehensive overhaul.
Following the renewal of their technical and mechanical components, the coolers are restored to near-original performance levels and redeployed to the field. Thanks to this circular economy approach, the lifespan of the equipment is extended up to 10 years, which also helps reduce the carbon footprint associated with new equipment manufacturing and increases resource efficiency.
