After 30 years with Mammoet, including 15 years serving in leadership roles including both CEO and COO, Jan Kleijn will leave Mammoet on 1 February 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jan’s journey is a remarkable example of what is possible at Mammoet. Starting in operations and logistics, he grew through a variety of leadership roles to become its first employee CEO and later COO.<\/p>\n

Along the way, he helped shape Mammoet into the global leader in heavy lifting and transport that it is today.<\/p>\n

Since 2017, Jan has served Mammoet as its COO, helping to position Mammoet as the undisputed leader in global heavy lifting and transport: financially strong, globally diversified and trusted to deliver.<\/p>\n

What has always stood out is Jan’s commitment to people. He has consistently invested in developing talent, strengthening working cultures, and creating opportunities for others to grow.<\/p>\n

His decision to hand over responsibilities to a new generation of leaders reflects the same long-term mindset that has characterized his entire career.<\/p>\n

\u201cJan has always believed that executive decisions must be made with the long term in mind – a principle central to Mammoet’s success\u201d, said Mammoet CEO Joost Goderie.<\/p>\n
