Mammoet has appointed Suzanne Jungjohann as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 1 April 2026. <\/strong><\/p>\n

She will also join the company\u2019s executive board of management. The appointment supports Mammoet\u2019s next phase of growth as global demand for energy and major infrastructure accelerates.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we look ahead to unprecedented opportunities across our selected markets, strengthening our HR leadership is essential,\u201d said Joost Goderie, CEO of Mammoet. \u201cSuzanne brings the experience needed to help us attract, develop and support the highly skilled professionals who make our work possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jungjohann brings extensive HR leadership experience across major organisations, including insurer NN Group, HR services leader Randstad, the Netherlands\u2019 largest supermarket chain Albert Heijn and most recently Cosun, the international agricultural cooperative, where she played a key role in organisational development and transformation as CHRO.<\/p>\n
