(President and CEO: Takenori Igarashi, hereinafter \u201c \u201cK\u201d LINE \u201d) announces that it has decided to transfer the logistics business operated in Thailand by \u201cK\u201d LINE (THAILAND) LTD. (hereinafter \u201cKTL\u201d), a subsidiary of \u201cK\u201d LINE in Thailand, to \u201cK\u201d LINE LOGISTICS (THAILAND) LTD. (hereinafter \u201cKLL TH\u201d), a subsidiary of \u201cK\u201dLINE LOGISTICS, LTD. (President and CEO: Ako Hiraoka), a consolidated subsidiary of \u201cK\u201d LINE. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Current Business Description; KTL: \u2460 Overall management of the car carrier business in Southeast Asia and Comprehensive shipping agency business in Thailand. \u2461 Logistics business centered on land transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance service in Thailand <\/p>\n

KLL TH: International logistics business centered on air and ocean forwarding. <\/p>\n

Businesses to be transferred from KTL to KLL TH: All businesses listed in \u2461 above. <\/p>\n

Purpose: To provide customers with a wider variety of high-quality logistics services and strengthen our contract logistics capabilities by transferring KTL\u2019s logistics business, which has strengths in domestic logistics in Thailand, to KLL TH, which has strengths in international logistics.<\/p>\n

Transfer date: April 1, 2026 (Planned).<\/p>\n

After the business transfer, KTL will remain committed to providing high-quality services and further enhance its business as \u201cK\u201d LINE Group\u2019s representative in Thailand.<\/p>\n
