ABL is delighted to announce the appointment of marine operations leader Jason Zamparutti as Advisory and Solutions Manager for ABL Asia Pacific. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In this role, Zamparutti will drive the development and delivery of ABL\u2019s expert technical advisory and consultancy solutions to support clients across maritime and offshore energy sectors in Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n

A Master Mariner with over 30 years\u2019 experience in maritime leadership, operations, and fleet management, Zamparutti brings a proven track record in both CAPEX and OPEX management. He steps into this new position following his role as Senior Consultant at ABL Singapore, specialising in marine consultancy.<\/p>\n

He works closely with clients and colleagues to enhance our delivery of expert consultancy solutions for the maritime and offshore sectors in Asia Pacific. Zamparutti will focus on expanding ABL\u2019s offering in tailored and integrated technical advisory, technical due diligence, and specialised consultancy solutions. Based in Singapore, he will collaborate with ABL\u2019s extensive network across Asia Pacific to drive and expand in-country delivery of expert services for our clients.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is about leveraging ABL\u2019s legacy of industry expertise and our extensive regional footprint to provide local access to highly specialised advisory services. Zamparutti also supports the Singapore Institute of Technology in a formal mentorship role to students, as well as being appointed to a series of Singapore Shipping Association Committees for 2025-2027.<\/p>\n

ABL\u2019s consultancy services in Asia Pacific include, but are not limited to: technical due diligence, ports and harbours consultancy, shipyard supervision and project management, marine advisory and client representation, vessel operations and management support, energy transition advisory and engineering, maritime defence services, P&I and H&M consultancy services, as well as expert witness and litigation support work.<\/p>\n
