Gruber Logistics are excited to announce a significant step on their journey toward a more inclusive work environment. <\/strong><\/p>\n

GRUBER Logistics SpA has received certification for its Gender Equality Management System, compliant with the UNI\/PdR 125:2022 standard!<\/p>\n

To achieve their goals, they\u2019ve already taken important steps: A Steering Committee for Equal Opportunities has been established to guide and monitor gender equality initiatives.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ve introduced a Strategic Plan for Equality with clear objectives, making their efforts measurable and transparent.<\/p>\n

For critical situations, a confidential channel for reporting harassment and discrimination is now in place to ensure every voice is heard and appropriate action can be taken.<\/p>\n

Regular training sessions on respect, harassment prevention, and equality are strengthening awareness and fostering a culture of mutual understanding.<\/p>\n

Gruber firmly believe that together they can create a safe, fair, and appreciative work environment for everyone. This certification is a crucial step in that direction and strengthens our commitment to being a leader in gender equality.<\/p>\n
