Borr Drilling renews Ceva deal

BAAR, Switzerland: August 20, 2019. Ceva Logistics has renewed a logistics relationship with Oslo and Dubai-based Borr Drilling that began with the exploration company’s inception in 2016.

Borr is a provider of jack-up drilling rigs to the oil and gas industry that are capable of drilling to a maximum well depth of 35,000 feet while operating in water depths ranging from 30 to 400 feet.

“There were a number of key highlights to this contract retention including Ceva’s overall value proposition, our consistency in managing Borr Drilling’s operational needs and our ability to react and support during emergencies and out of hours,” commented Marcelo Franceschetti, Ceva EVP Global Energy Sector.

“We have delivered a number of specialist logistics services serving both rig supplies and project cargoes across the globe and we are delighted to continue our partnership with Borr Drilling for another year,” he added.
