FGL transports OOG steel structures to Latin America
First Global Logistics, representing Egypt in the Project Logistics Alliance, recently completed the transportation of out-of-gauge (OOG) steel structures and plate works from Egypt to multiple ports in Latin America.
The First Global Logistics team meticulously coordinated the loading plan, secured terminal gate approvals, and managed the ocean freight of the OOG units. Their thorough planning ensured that all deadlines were met for the vessel’s timely arrival. This shipment, totaling approximately 400 cubic meters, was delivered from Alexandria, Egypt, to the ports of Veracruz, Mexico, and Puerto Moin, Costa Rica.
This project highlights First Global Logistics’ commitment to providing efficient services in project logistics. With its expertise in handling specialized cargo, the company continues to deliver top-quality service to its clients.
