Rhenus acquires a stake of C Chez Vous
Rhenus, the European market leader in the delivery of home & living goods on the last mile, has acquired from Geopost 15 per cent of the shares in the French logistics service provider C Chez Vous effective as of 28 June 2024.
Geopost retains 80 per cent of the shares. With this transaction, Rhenus is entering the French home delivery market for the first time. This new structure, through the facilitation by Geopost, will enable C Chez Vous to benefit from the expertise and contributions of Rhenus’ position as European leader in the home & living logistics market.

The transaction was signed at the Geopost headquarters in Paris on 28 June 2024 by Yves Delmas, CEO of Geopost, Dr. Stephan Peters, Member of the Management Board of the Rhenus Group, Rubén Ruiz, CEO Overland Transport as well as Nils Thiesen and Pedro López, Co-Managing Directors of Rhenus. Thanks to this transaction, Rhenus further strengthens its presence in Europe and now offers its home delivery clients access to 15 European countries.

Rhenus laid the foundations for the Home Delivery business line 20 years ago. Today, taking a leading position in last-mile and home delivery operations, the global logistics service provider now offers full European market coverage.
C Chez Vous was founded in 2008. Geopost acquired a majority stake in 2022. With an annual shipment volume of 1.4 million, 400 pick-up points and six countries in which goods are delivered, C Chez Vous is one of the leading French logistics service providers specialising in the delivery of goods weighing over 30 kilograms to the point of use. The company will be operating under the brand C Chez Vous powered by Geopost & Rhenus in future.
